Shipping & Return Policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do. Everything we make is crafted with precision and care, and we want to hear what you think, love it or not.

When will I get my order?

We don't want you to wait too long to cheat. Orders within Australia placed before 2pm (Melbourne time) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.

Once dispatched, delivery within Australia usually takes 3 to 5 days. We'll email you tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $100.

For orders under $100 - Domestic shipping in Australia, is a flat rate of $5 for Standard shipping or $9.95 for Express shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States, and we're working on adding more so you don't miss out on a cheat wherever you are.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT or import taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and may be payable on delivery. International delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days once dispatched.

What about returns?

We don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If your order arrives faulty, we'll make it right. Email us at info@cheatbeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the issue as soon as you notice it, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
